Ah, yes, but what if it's grounded in peer-reviewed studies?!

I'm talking about Huberman and the like - if something has a skerick of 'science' behind it, it can now be taken as gospel. I feel like most things spoken about on Huberman are binary - either good for you, or not. There's no degree, or amount, that something might help you. It allows for a sea of 'health hacks' to roll in, meaning you can easily come out of an episode with a list of twenty things to change in your life.

Anywho, this was an awesome read Annika. The writing is lively and easy to follow. I'm subscribing so I can read the next ones!
